THE RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS
Relationship Management is a concept in which the church adopted to build & maintain an ongoing level of communication & relationship with First timers & every member of the church. This relationship and communication must be built on Love, Selflessness and Empathy. Matthew 22:37-39 (NIV) Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. The Relationship Managers (TRMs) are mandated to carry the assignment of discipling the first-timers, second-timers as well as guest handed over to them for follow-up until they become workers or full time members of the church.
VISION OF TRM: To foster stronger relationships with First timers and members in GBBA. Anchored scripture is taken from Proverbs 27:17 As Iron sharpens Iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend 1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as you also are doing.
USHERING DEPARTMENT
The Ushering Department of Gracebreed Believers Assembly consists of Ushers who are trained to assist in the administration and organization of the service. We play an important role in ensuring that the service is welcoming, comfortable, and runs smoothly for the members and visitors. 1 Peter 4:10
OUR GOAL
To minimize distractions during the worship and sermon, to stand ready to assist anyone in the congregation who might need help, guidance or direction and to manage or inform other units and departments of any urgent matters that may arise during and after service.

To raise leaders who are dedicated and committed to touching lives through excellent service, honor and love for one and another and the congregation as we make Christ the center of everything we do.

The mission of the Ushers of Gracebreed Believers Assembly is to accommodate everyone who comes to service as we give them a wonderful service experience to our service, love, honor and friendliness

CITY TAKERS (CHOIR)
The Choir Department (CITY TAKERS) is a collection of born-again Christians who have been set apart to minister to God and His people through Music. It consists of both instrumentalists and vocalists.
Our Vision:
To raise excellent global music ministers who are balanced believers and will influence the world through spirit-filled and quality worship.
Mission Statement
1. Preach God’s word through songs and melody.
2. Ensure that choir ministrations are delivered excellently in a manner that will motivate God’s people to worship irrespective of their tribe or tongue.
3. Through thorough rehearsals/trainings, raise gifted and anointed music ministers.
4. Increase choir membership through quality relationship, fellowship building, outstanding ministrations and amazing costumes.
CHILDREN DEPARTMENT
We teach the word of God in a fun and child- friendly environment. The classes are structured according to age and all our teachers have some experience with the different age groups.
CARE DEPARTMENT
Who we are:
The Gracebreed Care Department is an arm of the Church with responsibility to care for and serve the poor and needy members within the church primarily, and others in the community it is located.
Our Vision:
The Care Department of Gracebreed Believers Assembly is a ministry of service and the fundamental principle upon which the department is based are love – love of God & Care, and service.
Our Goals:
• To assist members of the church in need of assistance to meet their basic needs.
• To reach out to needy children & adults, male and female, irrespective of nationality or background, within and outside the church, to extend the love of God to them as much as we can.
PRAYER DEPARTMENT (THE WATCHMEN)
Who we are:
The Prayer Department (The Watchmen) of GraceBreed Believers' Assembly is a Department that is responsible for continual fueling of the fire alter of the Church. It is a congregation of WATCHMEN.
Our Vision:
To see the manifestation of a Church strengthened with power, rooted and established in love and filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

This is a unit of GRACEBREED BELIEVERS ASSEMBLY whose responsibility is to showcase the efficacy, efficiency and effectiveness of Jesus Christ and winning souls through the instrumentality of productions, including musicals, operas, ballets, and dramatic presentations such as Movies, Series, Stage Play, Dance Drama, Pantomime etc.; with seasoned Actors, Actresses, Performers, and Technicians; who conducts themselves with elegance, poise, and a sense of allure through the assistance of the Holy Spirit. The Gracebreed Scribes is an unit of the Church tasked with the responsibility of coming up with and writing spiritual content for the church i.e devotionals, confessions etc.

The Gracebreed Scribes is an instrument for edification of the Body of Christ as represented in Gracebreed, through the power of the written Word.

The Protocol Unit in Gracebreed Believers Assembly is responsible for ensuring that all events and activities within the church are organized and conducted in an appropriate and orderly manner.
We play a crucial role in coordinating various aspects of the church's operations and providing support to the Lead Stewards and the congregation.

Who we are:
The Gracebreed Security Unit is a unit under the Ushering Department with the responsibility of safeguarding the lives and properties of the church and her members. We also work in conjunction with other units of the Ushering Department to ensure the church environment and premises are properly maintained, keep order, and that the service is organized and undisturbed.

Our mandate is to provide basic care and support to Gracebreed members in relation with health and also reach out and help cater to the health needs of indigent communities in the environs of Abuja as much as we can.
